How to use the Initiatives Kanban in a plan
Each board relates to an Objective, and displays all tasks under each of it's outcomes. You can prioritise your tasks into four statuses:
- This week: Tasks you plan to work on this current week.
- Next week: Tasks you schedule to be worked on next week. Tasks in this column automatically move into the This Week column at the start of the next week.
- Later: This is a backlog of tasks. Tasks in this column will stay in this column until manually moved.
- Close: When you complete a task, they go into the Completed column. You can manually drag and drop a task into this column to complete it, or click on the check mark and it will automatically be moved to the Completed column.
